How do you ask for your money back?

  1. Find your receipt if you have it. The purchase email also helps.

  2. Send one email within 60 days. Say that you want a refund. You do not need to explain why.

  3. Watch for our reply. We will confirm when the refund is on its way. Your bank decides when the credit appears.

What if the price is too much right now?

You may ask for a reduced-price or complimentary personal license. Choose the option that would help you.

Our requests do not require a diagnosis, medical record, proof of income, or personal story. You do not need to explain your finances.

The license may be for you or someone you help. Your request stays private.
