Terms of use · Effective July 14, 2026
Plain-language license terms.
These terms apply when you download, try, buy, or use TrueCursor. Please read them before using the app.
The free trial
The full trial lasts 30 days. You do not need a payment card. When the trial ends, you can buy a license or remove the app.
Your personal license
After purchase, we give you a personal right to use TrueCursor. The license is non-exclusive. One license supports up to 10 devices. You may buy a license as a gift: pass the unused key to one recipient, and the license then belongs to that person and their household.
You may move an activation to a replacement Mac with help from support. Beyond the one-time gift above, the license cannot be transferred, resold, or shared outside the household using it.
You may not remove product notices, reverse engineer, copy, or give away the app. An exception applies when the law clearly allows it. Shared workplace devices and volume use need separate written terms.
Price, payment, and refunds
A personal license is $39, one time. No subscription. 60 days to get your money back, no questions.
Our payment processor handles payment, taxes, the receipt, and license-key delivery. Your purchase includes a 60-day refund period. Email us within that time to ask for a refund.
Updates and Mac changes
Your purchase includes updates for the major version you bought. A future major version may have a separate price. You may keep using your version on the Mac systems it supports.
Changes from Apple or another app can affect how TrueCursor works. We may change or stop a feature when safety, security, or Mac compatibility requires it.
Computer help, not medical care
TrueCursor helps with computer input. It does not diagnose, watch, treat, or prevent a health condition. It is not a substitute for medical advice.
Results vary with your movement, device, settings, apps, and Mac. Use the free trial to decide whether it helps your own tasks.
Safe use
Keep a pause method ready. Do not depend on TrueCursor where a wrong click could cause physical harm. Do not use it to run machinery or a safety-critical system.
You are responsible for keeping backups. Review important choices before you confirm them.
Warranty and limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, TrueCursor is provided “as is.” We do not give warranties beyond rights the law says cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, TrueCursor is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses from use of the app.
Nothing here removes consumer rights. Nothing limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, safety, security, or product reasons. We will post important changes here with a new date.
A later change will not take away a paid license or refund right you already received.
